Step-By-Step Registration and Key Definitions

Frick Kids Art uses a company called Sawyer to do our bookings. Many other companies use this software, so you may already have an account! But if you don’t, no biggie …

  • You’ll initially be prompted to make an account through hisawyer.com.
  • Then you’ll be prompted to register your child. Once completed, your child’s information is saved for future bookings.
  • If you sign up a sibling later, use the “Add Child” feature to update your account with their information.

Program Types

Understanding Classes, Events, and Booking Options

  • Drop-ins = Activities purchased session-by-session with no extended commitment. Ideal if your child cannot attend a full semester.
  • Semesters = Recurring weekly classes, typically five weeks long during the school year.
  • Camps/Events = One-day events or multi-day camps, usually five consecutive days in the summer.
  • Appointments = Private or semi-private sessions scheduled individually.
  • Parties = Birthday parties, block parties, and scouting events. Submit an inquiry form to finalize details.
  • Gift Cards = Can be purchased and applied to any class, camp, or party at Frick Kids Art.
